How to use Vanish

Vanish is a line of products for cleaning clothes and carpets, which includes powders, gels, sprays. The products are safe for clothes and other cleaned surfaces, do not change their color or discolor them. You can buy them in the nearest supermarket or in the online store. At the same time, it is impossible to completely replace powders with Vanish for washing things — this product is intended as an additional processing of products.

Each product has its own instructions regarding the features of use and precautions. It is usually listed on the back of the product packaging.

Vanish stain removers

Vanish produces several types of stain removers:

1. Powder Gold Oxi Action — to remove stains from clothes;

2. Gold Oxi Action Gel is a thick, effective solution for removing stubborn stains from clothes;

3. Gel Oxi Action — for silk, woolen and delicate fabrics;

4. Oxi Action stain remover — for removing stubborn stains from clothes, for pre-treatment;

5. Vanish Oxi Action Spray – For removing stubborn stains from carpets and upholstery.

These types of products are safe for colored and white things.

For pre-treatment with powder, it is necessary:

1. Dilute ¼ spoon of powder with ¾ spoon of water and apply the mixture on the contaminated area, rubbing it with a spoon;

2. Wash or rinse the item in the usual way.

To soak clothes in powder, you must:

1. Add 1 spoon of the product to 4 liters of water;

2. Soak a thing: white — up to 6 hours, color — up to 1 hour;

3. Wash or rinse in the usual way.

For washing with powder, you need to add 1 spoon of Vanish (for chronic stains) or half a spoon (for ordinary stains) to your laundry detergent.

As for the gel, for pre-treatment, it is applied to the contaminated area using a dispenser. For soaking, add 100 ml of product to 4 liters of liquid (up to 6 hours for white items and up to 1 hour for colored items). And for washing, add 100 ml of detergent to the washing powder. This instruction is relevant for Gold Oxi Action and Oxi Action gel.

Oxi Action Pre-Treat Stain Remover is easy to use: spray onto clothing and launder as usual.

Finally, Vanish Oxi Action Spray is enough to spray onto the surface of the carpet or upholstery (up to 5 minutes) and remove it.

Bleach Vanish

Vanish launches Gold Oxi Action Bleach, as well as Gold Oxi Action and Oxi Action Bleach/Stain Removers.

Bleach Gold Oxi Action is used for white things, cleaning them up to 3 tones. To pre-treat the product, mix ¼ tablespoon of the product with ¾ tablespoons of water and apply the mixture to the contaminated area. Next, the product is washed or rinsed.

To soak, add 1 tablespoon of bleach to 4 liters of water. The maximum soaking time for whites is 6 hours. For washing, it is enough to add the agent to the washing powder: 1 spoon — for old stains on clothes, half a spoon — for ordinary, fresh stains.

As for the stain remover + bleach, for pre-treatment it is necessary to apply it to the contaminated area. For soaking, add 60 ml (Gold Oxi Action) or 100 ml gel (Oxi Action) to 4 liters of water for 6 hours for white clothes, and then wash as usual or rinse.

For washing, add the detergent to the washing powder. When using Gold Oxi Action add 120 ml for old stains and 60 ml for new stains. When using Oxi Action, it is enough to add 100 ml of the product.

Vanish Shampoos

The manufacturer produces the following types of shampoos:

1. Antibacterial Gold — to remove old dirt from upholstery and carpets;

2. Shampoo Gold — to remove old dirt from upholstery and carpets using a washing vacuum cleaner;

3. Shampoo Gold — for manual removal of old dirt from upholstery and carpets;

4. Thick shampoo Gold — for manual cleaning of carpets with old dirt.

Antibacterial shampoo Gold is used as follows:

1. Mix the shampoo with water (1 part product to 9 parts water) and beat it well to create foam;

2. Apply the foam to the surface of the carpet in an even layer;

3. Wait until the foam is completely dry and vacuum the product.

Similarly, Gold shampoos are used for manual carpet cleaning.

As for the products intended for washing vacuum cleaners, in this case it is necessary to follow the instructions from the manufacturer of household appliances. Do not dampen the carpet too much. After the product dries, vacuum the carpet.

Active foam

The manufacturer offers Gold active foam for cleaning carpets, which are located in hallways, stairs, corridors and therefore have stronger, more persistent dirt.

Foam is very easy to use — all you need is:

1. Shake the product and spray it on the surface of the carpet;

2. Taking a moistened cloth or rubberized mop, distribute the product evenly;

3. Wait until the foam is completely dry (usually it takes a couple of hours) and vacuum the product.

Moist Powder

Another tool in the manufacturer’s arsenal is the moistened Gold Oxi Action powder for cleaning large carpets. It dries quickly — 20 minutes is enough for this.

Procedure:

1. Vacuum the carpet;

2. Remove the adhesive strips from the bottom of the package and sprinkle the product on the surface of the product (no need to add water);

3. Using a brush with soft bristles, spread the powder over the carpet so that it lays down in an even layer;

4. Wait 20 minutes until the product is completely dry;

5. Ventilate the room;

6. Vacuum the carpet to remove dried granules (you should use disposable paper bags).

If lightened areas appear on the surface of the carpet, this means that the vacuum cleaner has not completely collected the powder granules. It is necessary to re-wipe these areas with a soft brush and vacuum them again. The carpet cannot be washed with water.

Pet stain removers

The manufacturer produces a line of Pet Clean Expert products, which includes shampoos and sprays. They are designed to eliminate dirt, marks, wet hair, as well as to get rid of unpleasant odors from urine, etc.

Attention! Pets must not be in the same room with you during product processing.

It is enough to apply the spray on the stain, and then remove it with a rag. The shampoo is diluted with water to a foamy state, applied to the contaminated area, and then, after drying, removed with a vacuum cleaner. The volume of each tool for use is indicated in the instructions for it.
