Rating of the best tea machines

Kitfort KT-630

Rating: 4.9

Kitfort KT-630

One of the most popular tea makers among those present in Russian retail. In RuNet, you can easily find a lot of reviews on it. And almost all of them are purely positive. There are many reasons for this.

Let’s start with the fact that this tea machine has a volume of 2.2 liters. This means that you will not need to add water after every one or two cups of tea. Also, the power of 2200 watts cannot but rejoice. Such a device heats water to maximum temperature in a matter of moments! But there is also a downside. A tea maker should not be bought by residents of old Khrushchevs who have not replaced aluminum wiring with copper.

A closed coil is used here as a heating element. As for the case, it is made of plastic. However, there is no harm in this — the device looks very beautiful. You can get comfortable with its control panel in a couple of minutes — this is also a definite plus. All the inscriptions on it are translated into Russian, which not every tea machine can boast of. And there is also a display showing the most important parameters.

In total, the device is able to offer four automatic programs. There is also a “Tea Master” mode that allows you to prepare an atypical drink. Tea is poured into your cup — you just need to select its volume first. And this model can offer three degrees of strength of the drink. Well, isn’t it a miracle? What else can you expect from a tea maker?

Kitfort KT-630 definitely deserves the money spent. It is simply impossible to find fault with this model. You can only complain about the power cord. Not everyone will be satisfied with its length, which is 0.96 m. Otherwise, the tea machine turned out to be perfect.

Advantages

  • Cute design;
  • There is a display
  • The control panel is Russified;
  • 4 automatic programs are available;
  • You can choose a specific strength of the drink;
  • Capacious water tank;
  • High power.

Flaws

  • Would have liked a slightly longer power cord;
  • High price;
  • There is a significant pause between the preparation of portions.

Bork K810

Rating: 4.8

Bork K810

This device is most similar to a traditional electric kettle. It has the same shape, and its body is made of glass, which makes the whole process as clear as possible. The lower part of the case is made of steel, it will retain its perfect appearance even after many years. The difference from the usual electric kettle is the presence of a brewing container inside, into which your favorite tea is poured.

The volume of this model is 1.5 liters. Not much, but the tea maker will fit even on a small table. The device is connected to the mains by means of a meter cord. Its length does not bother at all, because the wire comes from the contact pad. The tea machine itself is not limited by anything like that, you can easily take it even into the next room. And it is on the base station that all the buttons are present. They allow, for example, to select the temperature regime. Also, the device allows you to set one of the three available fortresses for brewing a drink. Someone will also need a delayed start function. It allows you to program the tea machine in such a way that the drink is ready by the time you finish some business.

The power of Bork K810 is 2000W. This figure indicates that boiling water will not take much time. It’s nice that without water the device will refuse to turn on — the corresponding protective function will work. The quality of the stainless steel from which the filter of the brewing tank is made cannot but rejoice.

Perhaps, Bork K810 is another model that is extremely difficult to find fault with. If you try to make claims against it, then only a modest amount comes to mind. However, it will definitely be enough if the family consists of only two or three people. A much more obvious drawback is the cost, reaching the prohibitive 30 thousand rubles.

Advantages

  • There is a compartment for the cord;
  • The body is made of glass and metal;
  • There is a choice of tea strength;
  • Delayed start and timer available;
  • High power;
  • There is a keep warm function.

Flaws

  • The volume will seem insufficient to someone;
  • Very high cost.

Rommelsbacher TA 1200

Rating: 4.7

Rommelsbacher TA 1200

This tea maker is unlike any other kitchen appliance. Many of your guests will not even be able to understand what exactly you bought. At the same time, this tea machine cannot be called expensive — the manufacturer managed to significantly reduce the price tag. The reverse side of the medal is a modest volume of 1 liter. Therefore, this is not the best choice for a family of three or four people.

The case of this model was created from plastic and glass. A closed coil is used here as a heating element. The power of the device reaches 1200 watts. Not so much compared to the competitors discussed above, but let’s not forget that this tea maker needs to heat up a significantly smaller amount of water. By the way, a thermostat is available here. However, it cannot be called advanced, the user can choose only one of four temperature options — from 80 to 100 degrees.

It is difficult to find fault with other functions of the tea machine. She can keep warm. Also, the device provides 5 programs for different types of tea. It also allows you to manually select the brew time. You can only complain about the lack of a delayed start function.

Unfortunately, this device has several serious drawbacks. Firstly, not the most convenient teapot is used here — reviews often mention cases when a person pours a certain amount of brewed tea past a mug. Secondly, the loud clicks emitted during the preparation of the drink are embarrassing. Thirdly, the device consists of a large number of components, the washing of which will take a long time.

Advantages

  • There is a timer;
  • A large number of programs for different types of tea;
  • Decent power for such a volume;
  • It is possible to maintain heat;
  • Comes with measuring spoon and funnel for tea.

Flaws

  • A lot of things to wash;
  • Loud clicks during operation;
  • Not a very convenient kettle;
  • Only a litre.

ProfiCook PC-TKS 1056

Rating: 4.6

ProfiCook PC-TKS 1056

This set looks very interesting. It includes a teapot, a traditional electric kettle and a single electronic stand for them. The power of the electric kettle reaches an impressive 2250 watts, so boiling water will not take much time. The case of this device is made of metal and glass, which cannot but rejoice. A closed coil is used here as a heating element.

If we talk about the teapot, it is mostly made of glass. Inside it hides a high-quality filter that does not allow tea leaves to enter the surrounding water. The volume of this kettle is 1.2 liters, while the volume of the electric fellow standing next to it reaches 1.7 liters. These are good numbers that should suit most buyers.

As expected, ProfiCook PC-TKS 1056 boasts a thermostat. At least it has a warming platform for a teapot. Interestingly, the user can choose absolutely any temperature in the range from 70 to 100 degrees — here this process is stepless. As for the electric kettle, it only boils water, there are no other options.

Many more buyers are pleased that both teapots can be placed on any place of the stand. The manufacturer did not forget about blocking the inclusion without water. But he did not think about the hermetic gasket. The lid of the electric kettle does not have it. This means that water will pour out not only through the spout, but also partially through the lid. Alas, it has a device and a number of other shortcomings. For example, there is no keep warm function, which would definitely not interfere. Perhaps we recommend the purchase of this model only to those who are looking for some kind of unique tea maker. Be prepared to face some inconvenience. And certainly do not take this kit at the regular price of 9 thousand rubles.

Advantages

  • The teapot has a thermostat;
  • The body of both kettles is made of quality materials;
  • Very high cost;
  • Decent total volume;
  • There is a good security system.

Flaws

  • The electric kettle only heats up to 100°C;
  • The lid doesn’t fit snugly on the kettle.
  • There is no keep warm function.
  • High price.

Bosch TTA 2201

Rating: 4.5

Bosch TTA 2201

Another interesting teapot. It is a kind of tower. In its lower part there is a familiar electric kettle, while in the upper part there is a brewing container. The body of both structural elements is made of plastic. Some people will immediately refuse to buy because of this. Other people will rightly note that the choice in favor of this material had a positive effect on the price tag. Indeed, this is one of the cheapest tea makers among those with a long service life.

The volume of the electric kettle used here is 2 liters. It uses a closed coil covered with stainless steel to heat water. The power of this kettle is 1785W. It seems that this will be quite enough for a very fast heating of water.

As for the teapot, its volume is 0.7 liters. Inside it is the usual filter. You can watch the brewing process with your own eyes — transparent glass allows you to do this.

Otherwise, this model is not able to surprise with something. It has a keep warm mode, but, in our opinion, any sane tea maker should have it. A nice feature is the cord compartment. But it seems to us that you will quickly forget about his presence, since the tea machine will be in the kitchen 365 days a year.

Bosch TTA 2201 also has disadvantages. This appliance automatically enters the heating mode. If instead you need a complete shutdown, then the creators of the tea maker did not implement this function. This means that its use will accurately reflect on your electricity bills, unless you turn off the device by pressing the appropriate button. Another drawback is the spout of the teapot — the drink drips slightly on the outside, which is why the teapot needs to be cleaned regularly. But this is a real trifle, especially against the background of some tea machines that got into our review.

Advantages

  • There is a keep warm mode.
  • Large volume of both teapots;
  • Has a lid lock
  • There is a compartment for the cord;
  • Big power;
  • Not very high cost.

Flaws

  • The teapot may leak;
  • The kettle cannot switch off automatically.

KITFORT KT-674

Rating: 4.4

KITFORT KT-674

Got into our review and another “turret”. Many buyers note that it looks much more beautiful. No wonder, because both teapots have a silver body that reflects light pleasantly. The whole structure stands on the same silver stand, on which the control panel is located. You can put the kettle on it in any position.

This model allows you to prepare different types of tea. For example, green tea is best brewed at a water temperature of 70°C, and black tea at all 100°C. In total, four water heating temperatures are given to choose from, a separate button is allocated for each of them. Also on the control panel there is a key that orders the kettle to automatically keep the water temperature high for half an hour. If you do not press it, then after reaching the selected temperature, the kettle will simply turn off.

Like many other tea makers, KITFORT KT-674 has protective functions. One of them will definitely turn off the electric kettle in case of insufficient water volume. As for the teapot, it is able to please with a well-thought-out lid fixation system, thanks to which it does not fall out when tilted. Heat-resistant glass was used for the manufacture of this teapot. There are no complaints about the removable tea filter either.

Perhaps, KITFORT KT-674 can be called the best choice. Yes, you will have to pay 6 thousand rubles for this tea maker, and you can’t find it in every online store, but you definitely won’t be able to make any claims against this device.

It remains to add that the volume of both teapots is 1.7 and 1 liter. It seems that this is enough for the vast majority of buyers, even large families. The power of the tea maker reaches 2000 W, so the water here reaches the desired temperature very quickly.

Advantages

  • Power is 2000W;
  • Many protections have been implemented;
  • Cute design;
  • There is a four-stage thermostat;
  • Large capacity;
  • It is possible to maintain heat;
  • A well-executed teapot design.

Flaws

  • The temperature is maintained only for half an hour.

Xiaomi Deerma Stainless Steel Health Pot

Rating: 4.3

Xiaomi Deerma Stainless Steel Health Pot

Another tea maker, which is a “turret”. As in other such tea machines, the meaning of the work is as simple as possible: here only the electric kettle heats up with the help of the appropriate spiral, while the teapot does this with the help of steam coming up. The electric kettle is located on a stand, which at the same time offers the user a full-fledged control panel.

The power of this tea maker is 1000W. To be honest, for a 1.5‑liter volume, this is not so much. Both teapots were made of metal and glass. Curiously, the manufacturer believes that his device will be used not only for brewing tea. This is evidenced by buttons that allow you to switch between six modes. Their names indicate that even soup or dessert can be heated with this device.

Nothing bad to say about the control panel at all. It has a timer. Also, the kettle can be ordered to maintain the set temperature.

Like it or not, but the creation of Xiaomi is the most versatile in our ranking. But it seems to us that many buyers will use it only as a tea maker, completely forgetting about the metal stand for extinguishing and other items included in the kit.

Advantages

  • The set includes a glass flask and a stand for extinguishing;
  • The case of teapots was created from metal and glass;
  • Relatively low weight of the entire structure;
  • You can choose from six operating modes;
  • Maintaining heat for six hours is available;
  • There is a timer.

Flaws

  • High price;
  • To some, the tea maker will seem difficult to master;
  • Not very high power.

Conclusion

This is the list of the best tea makers among those present on the Russian market. You can easily buy any of the models discussed in this review — it will definitely please you with the preparation of a delicious drink in arbitrarily large volumes.
