Why does our body need hyaluronic acid?

[ad_1]

Hyaluronic acid is produced by the cells of our body. It is constantly present in the joints, thanks to which they are so flexible and mobile. In the eyeball, it maintains the normal state of the vitreous body. And in the skin, it fills the voids between the fibers of collagen and elastin, thus creating a kind of mattress in which collagen and elastin are springs, and hyaluronic acid is polyurethane foam, which does not allow the springs to straighten and stretch. Care products with hyaluronate have a moisturizing effect, due to which fine wrinkles become less noticeable.

The main task of hyaluronic acid in our body is to retain moisture in the skin and ensure stable transport of nutrients and trace elements. After 25 years, the production of hyaluronic acid slows down, and by the age of 50 it is almost complete. As a result, the skin begins to age gradually — small, shallow wrinkles appear, the epidermis becomes dry and dull.

And then synthesized hyaluronic acid in cosmetics comes to the rescue.

How to use hyaluronic acid?

It is best to give preference to serum, since it contains a higher content of the active ingredient than in creams, lotions, etc. It is recommended to apply it on damp (or even wet) skin: hyaluronate will gladly “drink” the excess from the surface and give it to you, and will not draw reserves from the skin. After the serum, be sure to apply a cream with other proven moisturizing ingredients (glycerin, vegetable oils and extracts).

Try it and see for yourself!
