Managing the platform is extremely easy. You set the speed depending on the properties of the food. If you need to quickly chop or mix ingredients, turn on the pulse mode. Of course, I wanted to experiment, despite the recommendations of the manufacturers, and the result was quite predictable. After 1.5 minutes of using the blender at maximum speed, there was a slight smell of heated plastic. I didn’t use manual mode anymore.

It is worth adding that in most cases it is not necessary to control the process — we set the required speed according to the recipe, and go about our business. Even by the appearance of the blender, you can understand that the device is of high build quality. I did not find any defects, although the chopper bowl did not seem very convenient. Pleasantly pleased with the presence of expensive components — the vast majority of parts are made of stainless steel. The bowls are very good quality too.

In addition, the blender and mixer have optimal power not only for blending, but also for fast grinding of solid products. The ice test is a clear confirmation of this. Well, the price / quality ratio is quite adequate. In general, satisfied!
